Q. What is your return policy?
A. All returns, refunds or credits must be requested within 60 days of the ship date. Returns must be sent to

Please include the original pick ticket for quicker processing. Personal care products such as breast pumps and
slings must be returned in their original, un-opened package. Refunds will not be issued for damaged or opened boxes.
Please
contact us for authorization before returning products found to be defective.
We recommend that you insure your package because we are not liable for products lost or damaged during delivery.
Q. Why are there several items in the catalog that are not listed in the online
store?
A. We are drastically changing the business model that LLLI has used in the past
as it is no longer working for the organization. We have reduced the number of
products available from the LLLI catalogue and focusing on a core set.
Q. The store at store.llli.org says that it is "via Amazon.com." What does this
mean?
A. For the customer, it simply means that Amazon.com handles the transaction
process for some of the books listed in the store.
Q. Will the cost of items in the catalog change with this new way of ordering?
A. Prices on many things will change because the business model of LLLI is
changing.
Q. What about bulk orders — will pricing remain the same as always?
A. Bulk ordering is a feature that we hope to introduce in the future. Our goal
is to streamline the ordering process and eliminate problems with delivery of
goods. Once these new processes are in place we will turn out attention to
offering more services such as bulk ordering.
Q. Does Amazon.com ship all over the world?
A. Almost! From Amazon.com's shipping restrictions page:

The following items can be shipped to destinations outside the U.S.:
- books
- DVDs
- music
- VHS videos
Additionally, some software, tools, and kitchen items can be shipped to the
following countries:
- Australia
- Austria
- Denmark
- Finland
- France
- Germany
- Japan
- Ireland
- Italy
- Netherlands
- New Zealand
- Sweden
- United Kingdom
These items can be shipped only via Priority International Shipping and are
subject to an import fees deposit.
Note: Books that require special handling because they are extremely heavy
(for example, multi-volume sets) cannot be shipped outside the U.S. If this is
the case, it will be noted on the product detail page.
Q. Why are there books in my cart when I come to the store?
A. When you place an order that includes books the go through the Amazon.com
payment process there is currently no way for the store to know that you have
purchased them since you do the purchasing on Amazon.com. If you come to the
store and there are books in your cart you should click on the green my shopping
cart button. That will take you into your shopping cart and you can delete any
books you do not wish to purchase.
